Steps to book

1. Check out our School Offer with the aim of choosing the most suitable activity for your students.

2. Collect the data that you will need to make your reservation:

  • Center details (includes the official center code).
  • Details of the person responsible for the group.
  • Number of students, classrooms and teachers.
  • Preference for dates, time and language.
  • Educational activity to be carried out.

If you are going to reserve service Restoration: choice of snacks (picnic menu), main course (Children's and Adventures menu) and/or dessert.

3. Submit the school reservation request once you have chosen the activity.

4. You will receive an email from our Reservations Department, indicating the steps to follow to make it effective.

Remember that school reservations must be paid with 10 days in advance as of the date of the requested activity.

Tips

  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reservation time to avoid delays in the start of the activity. It is not possible to change the end time of the activity, so any delays beyond BIOPARC's control will result in a reduction in its duration.
  • The Education staff will greet you in the access square a few minutes before your reservation time.
  • It is advisable to have lunch before entering BIOPARC.
  • Organize your students according to the number of educators assigned to the group during the booking.
  • BIOPARC Valencia has a free picnic area which must be requested during the booking process.

Basic rules

  • You must accompany your students at all times, including during educational activities. The teachers are responsible for the group during their stay at BIOPARC Valencia.
  • You will not be able to leave and re-enter BIOPARC Valencia.
  • Respect the animals' tranquility; do not touch them or throw objects or food at them, do not hit the glass, and do not use flash photography.
  • Use the paths to get around BIOPARC Valencia. Respect the fenced areas and do not walk on the grass or other vegetation.
