The "Journey to the Wetlands" brings schoolchildren closer to the Albufera of Valencia, one of the most important wetlands in the Iberian Peninsula, and to the recreations of African wetlands at BIOPARC.

Schoolchildren, guided by educators from BIOPARC Valencia, will learn to identify different birds, both resident and migratory, during a boat trip on the Albufera lagoon. After the visit to the Albufera, the educators will show the schoolchildren a recreation of the wetlands near the great African lakes and many other habitats of that continent at BIOPARC Valencia.

They will learn to find the relationship between different habitats and the animals they shelter, as well as the importance of conserving each one to promote the persistence of all.
